These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Clover Property Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our website — www.cloverpropertycare.ca — you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Clover Property Care offers residential lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and exterior cleaning services throughout Etobicoke, York, Old Toronto, and North York.
All services are provided by trained technicians following industry best practices for safety, quality, and property care.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes are provided based on the information and photos you submit or that we collect during a site visit.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Any change in project scope or conditions (e.g., overgrowth, access restrictions, or debris volume) may result in price adjustments.

3. Scheduling and Access

Clients must ensure safe, clear access to the property on the scheduled service day.
If our crew cannot perform the work due to locked gates, pets, vehicles, or other obstructions, a minimum service charge may apply.
We make every effort to arrive on schedule, though times may vary due to weather or traffic conditions.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
For larger or seasonal contracts, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or payment through Yardbook.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.

5. Snow Removal Contracts

All snow removal services are provided by seasonal contract only.
Seasonal pricing covers clearing within a specified accumulation limit (e.g., up to 2 inches per event).
Additional services, such as extra visits during prolonged storms or optional salting, may be quoted separately.
We aim to clear within 12 hours of snowfall ending, depending on conditions and route scheduling.

6. Lawn and Landscape Maintenance

Recurring lawn care (weekly or bi-weekly) may be paused or rescheduled due to heavy rain, drought, or site conditions.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules for efficiency or safety.
Clients are responsible for removing toys, hoses, and furniture before scheduled visits.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed visits may incur a cancellation fee.
Seasonal contracts are non-refundable once the service period begins, as staffing and routes are prearranged.

8. Liability

While we take great care on every property, Clover Property Care is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to lawns, irrigation systems, or surfaces

• Damage caused by unmarked obstacles (e.g., irrigation heads, wires, edging)

• Delays or interruptions due to severe weather or unforeseen events

We carry appropriate insurance coverage for property maintenance operations.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.
We will review the concern promptly and, if necessary, return to address it at no additional cost when the issue is related to our workmanship.

10. Photos and Media

We may take “before and after” photos of your property for internal documentation or marketing.
No identifying details will be shared publicly.
Clients may opt out by emailing info@cloverpropertycare.ca before service.

11. Privacy and Security

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

Clover Property Care reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
