1. About Our Services
Clover Property Care provides residential property care services across Etobicoke, nearby West Toronto and select surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location, season and property.

2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the information, photos, measurements and property conditions available at the time they are prepared. Website pricing is general or starting pricing unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the approved estimate, quote or written agreement for the property, which takes priority over general website pricing.

3. Scope of Work
Only the work included in the approved estimate, quote, email or written agreement is included. Additional work may be priced separately.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, reasonable property access, secure pets, unlock gates where needed, and disclose known hidden hazards or fragile conditions.

5. Scheduling and Weather
Outdoor work may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, unsafe weather, wet lawns, saturated soil, unsafe conditions, access problems or equipment issues.

6. Lawn and Garden Services
We use manual weed-removal methods and do not apply chemical herbicides unless specifically agreed otherwise. Grass clippings may be mulched where appropriate. Lawn and garden results can vary depending on weather, soil conditions, watering, existing lawn health and ongoing aftercare.

7. Yard Cleanups and Disposal
Yard waste may be left for municipal collection unless disposal is included. Off-site disposal may be charged separately.

8. Exterior Cleaning
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may not remove permanent stains, oxidation, deterioration or existing damage.

9. Irrigation Services
Existing irrigation systems may reveal additional issues during testing or repair. Additional parts or repairs may require separate approval.

10. Snow Removal
Snow service follows the customer's specific snow agreement, including trigger depth, service period, salting and response standards. Snow is moved to suitable areas on the property and is not automatically hauled away.

11. Existing and Hidden Conditions
Customers should identify irrigation, wires, edging, fragile fixtures, cracks, underground objects and other known hidden conditions.

12. Service Results
Some results depend on weather, soil, watering, drainage, lawn health, weed pressure and existing property conditions. A single visit may not correct every issue.

13. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable HST is additional unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are shown on the estimate, invoice or service agreement.

14. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as possible. Clover may reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

15. Property Photos
Photos may be used for estimating, planning and service documentation. Customer-submitted photos are not used for marketing without permission.

16. Website Information
Website pricing, services and availability may change. Website content does not replace the final written quote.

17. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Clover Property Care is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clover Property Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page.
